30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love what you bought from Solwynn. If it's not right for you for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you — no questions asked, and in most cases there's no need to send anything back.
How it works
- Email us at support@solwynnskin.com within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number.
- If there's a defect or damage, please include a photo or short video — this helps us process things faster, though it isn't required to receive your refund.
- We'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days of approval.
1-Year Warranty
Every Solwynn product is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from your purchase date.
What's covered: malfunctions from normal use, such as the product failing to power on, features not functioning as intended, or charging issues not caused by damage.
What's not covered: damage from drops, water damage beyond normal splash exposure, unauthorized modification, or normal cosmetic wear.
How to make a claim: email support@solwynnskin.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or short video if possible. We'll send a replacement item at no cost, or issue a refund if a replacement isn't available.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel and refund it in full. Once it has shipped, our standard 30-day guarantee applies instead.
